Survival skills for young people concerning health issues are very important, like any other survival skills they might need to survive in this world. Without good health they cannot achieve anything. From when they are children they are cared for by their parents, but once they develop into young people they need to have survival skills to take care of their own health.

The survival skills for young people concerning health issues could be anything about eating habits, having a balanced diet, safe sex, drugs and alcohol abuse, and many more. Young people are obsessed about the way they look and might starve to get to the much-hyped size zero. They might suffer from Anorexia nervosa or bulimia. They need skills to regulate their eating habits and learn not to starve themselves or to binge. They have to be taught that eating healthy nutritious food, with lots of vegetables and fruits to help them.

They also ought to know about safe sex in order to avoid unwanted pregnancies, and to prevent any sexually transmitted diseases. They also need to survive a world that tempts them with alcohol and other dependent substances. Young people need a different set of survival skills to keep their health in good order. The survival skills for young people have to be taught and impressed upon them, and they should have the ability to say no when an activity of theirs is going to affect their health.
